1.What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns onces the products have been opened 

2.How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

3.Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

4.Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK and Europe. Your order will be safely packed and shipped directly to your door. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

 

5.How long does delivery take?

UK: 3–5 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

Every product you buy supports ethical trade and sustainable livelihoods.

 

9.Are your products certified or organic?

Many of our products are organically grown and some carry certifications like EU Organic or Fair Trade.

10.Can I send a gift?

Yes! Just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout.
To include a gift message, email us after placing your order with your note.
